Have questions about how our monitoring and advocacy services work? You’re not alone. We’ve gathered the most common questions families ask when exploring senior monitoring to help you understand what we do, how it works, and how we bring peace of mind after placement.
Senior monitoring and advocacy provide independent oversight and support after a loved one moves into assisted living, memory care, or a nursing home. We visit the facility, observe quality of care, communicate with staff, and send detailed updates so families always know how their loved one is doing.
Facilities are responsible for daily care, but they often have high staff turnover and limited time for individualized communication. As independent advocates, we work for you, not the facility, ensuring that your loved one receives consistent attention, respect, and follow-through on their care plan.
Not at all. We complement your involvement. Our role is to be your eyes and ears inside the facility, especially when you can’t be there in person. We keep families informed so you can make decisions confidently and stay connected to your loved one’s care.
We serve families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, visiting:
We also offer virtual family updates and coordination for long-distance families.
Visit frequency depends on the plan you select:
No. We are completely independent and do not accept referrals or compensation from any facility. Our loyalty is 100% to the senior and their family.
Monitoring services are billed by monthly retainer, based on your selected plan.
Yes. Once the initial retainer period ends, families can renew services with another 2- or 3-month retainer, depending on the plan. We do not offer month-to-month billing to ensure consistency and scheduling priority for ongoing clients.
Yes. We can attend care plan meetings for $150 per meeting or provide emergency or hospital visits at $200/hour (plus travel). These can be added to any monitoring plan as needed.
Absolutely. With your signed HIPAA authorization, we can communicate with healthcare providers, case managers, or legal representatives to ensure continuity of care and transparency for all decision-makers.
We’ll discuss your loved one’s current care setting, needs, and concerns, then recommend a plan that fits your situation. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send a service agreement, intake form, and HIPAA authorization to begin monitoring.
We continue to provide monitoring at the new location with no disruption in service. We’ll also coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth transition and consistent reporting.
Simply schedule a free consultation. We’ll answer your questions, explain how the process works, and help you choose the plan that gives your family the most peace of mind.
