With over a decade of experience in patient care, quality improvement, and healthcare administration, I understand the unique challenges seniors face in navigating healthcare systems. My Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Change Management, equips me to create innovative solutions and advocate effectively for my clients.
My background spans acute care hospitals, specialty cardiac care, orthopedic surgery, mental health and addiction treatment, long-term care, diagnostic imaging, and specialty pharmacies. This diverse experience allows me to address complex healthcare challenges with precision, compassion, and a deep understanding of senior-specific needs.
I am passionate about empowering seniors and their families to make informed decisions about their health. Whether it’s advocating for quality care in nursing homes, simplifying insurance and coverage issues, or offering guidance during medical crises, my goal is to ensure seniors feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
