Lifeline Senior Advocates was founded to bring families peace of mind after their loved one transitions into assisted living, memory care, or a nursing home. Our role is simple but powerful: to ensure consistent, compassionate oversight and communication once the move is complete.
We visit facilities in person, observe quality of care, talk with staff, and provide regular updates so families can feel confident that their loved one’s needs are being met. Whether you live nearby or out of state, our mission is to be your eyes, ears, and advocate inside the facility.
To ensure every senior receives respectful, attentive care, and every family has the reassurance that someone is watching out for their loved one’s well-being every day.
We believe advocacy doesn’t end after placement; that’s when it truly begins. Families should never have to wonder if their loved one is safe, engaged, or receiving the care they deserve. Lifeline Senior Advocates exists to bridge that gap with professionalism, compassion, and consistent communication.

Founder & CEO | Lifeline Senior Advocates
With more than a decade of experience in healthcare and patient advocacy, Rose Kelley brings both professional insight and personal compassion to every client relationship. Her early background in nursing, combined with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and behavioral health, shaped her focus on quality, communication, and continuity of care.
Through her work with Lifeline Patient Advocates, Rose witnessed how families often struggle to stay informed after a loved one moves into a facility. She launched Lifeline Senior Advocates to provide the consistent oversight and communication that every family deserves.
Rose holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Change Management, blending clinical understanding with systems-level advocacy and real-world empathy.
Lifeline Senior Advocates is a specialized division of Lifeline Patient Advocates, a trusted healthcare advocacy organization serving clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and nationwide.
While Lifeline Patient Advocates provides comprehensive healthcare support, including medical, hospital, and transition advocacy, Lifeline Senior Advocates focuses exclusively on ongoing monitoring and advocacy for seniors after placement.
Together, these services ensure continuity of care from hospital to home, from placement to ongoing oversight.
