With over a decade of healthcare experience and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Rose Kelley brings deep insight into the complexities of senior care. She launched Lifeline Senior Advocates to support families who need a trusted, local presence to oversee care in long-term care facilities.

Rose is also the founder of Lifeline Patient Advocates, a respected healthcare advocacy company serving clients throughout Texas.

Her strong clinical foundation, knowledge of facility systems, and commitment to transparency guide every senior monitoring visit she provides.
