Advocacy Services & Fees

 Initial phone conversation discussing why you need healthcare advocacy services and determine if Lifeline Senior Advocates can assist. 

 If it is determined that Lifeline Senior Advocates can help with the client’s situation, an initial assessment will be scheduled. We will review your health history, home situation, needs, medication list, healthcare concerns, and healthcare goals. Based on this assessment, we will develop a personalized healthcare plan tailored to your unique needs. We will also discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have. 

Following the initial assessment, if the client wishes to continue receiving assistance, liaison, and advocacy from Lifeline Senior Advocates for their healthcare needs, a retainer fee must be purchased. This fee covers a minimum of five hours at a rate of $125 per hour. Services will commence upon receipt of payment for the retainer fee and full execution of the contract. The client will receive an itemized invoice outlining the use of the retainer fee and any remaining balance. The retainer fee must be replenished upon depletion to ensure the continuation of services. 

This hourly rate applies to all advocacy services, both in-person and remote. Clients may purchase additional blocks of hours in advance, with payments accepted via cash, check, or credit card. 

Clients will be charged for the advocate’s travel time, which will be deducted from the retainer.
